Getting good rest is extremely important. It is bad for us when we do not sleep well or sufficiently. Tiredness, listlessness, and lack of concentration are often the result in everyday life. Those who travel a lot know how much jet lag negatively affects our organism and thus our sleep.
SHT-CHI Sleep supports you in improving the quality of your sleep so that you can face your everyday life with strength.
When ordering, please note that the SHT-CHI Sleep is only worn at night. You will therefore need more patches.
Experience has shown that SHT-CHI Sleep achieves the best effects when it is applied about an hour before going to bed.

Placement:
Place the SHT-CHI Sleep lengthways (vertically) on the 7th cervical vertebra (first raised cervical vertebra).
NOTE:
The specially programmed frequencies that we play on the SHT-CHI energy carrier are applied directly onto the skin of the affected area, a recommended placement point, or a key point on the body. Instructions to clarify the key points are included with every SHT-CHI. In addition, 10 patches are already included in the price with each SHT-CHI.
